Party With Mal began after Mal started staying home with her kids and painted her first banner for her foster daughter's birthday. Before starting the business, she coordinated nonprofit events and managed two rehabilitation facilities as an occupational therapist - experience that taught her how to juggle details, people, timelines, and big days.
Today, that experience is used to make celebrations easier for busy families and businesses. Party With Mal continues to provide free banners for children in foster care, cancer patients, and military homecomings because the belief behind the brand is simple: people deserve to feel celebrated.

I created this business because I am a mom who wants to celebrate the moments WITH my family. Not be stressed out about the details and how everything looks so by the time the celebration starts I’m so overwhelmed I’m ready for it to be over. Events are stressful, no matter how exciting so I just want to take things off your plate so you can enjoy as well. My husband and son are my biggest supporters and keep me going. I love what I do and never feel like I need a day off.
